BB2 Digital and Technology Services Ltd (t/a Nomo Fintech) is a cloud-based business-to-business Fintech company which owns the digital platform that powers the digital retail banking services of Bank of London and The Middle East plc (“BLME”), branded Nomo (available on iOS and Android), and provides various other services to BLME.

Nomo Fintech leverages the support services of an intragroup entity based in Dubai which houses various functions to support Nomo Fintech’s business services.
Role Description
As the product designer associate, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for the product. You will work with various departments to drive a solution vision based on business and user insights, ideate, and explore, develop wireframes and visual designs, and iteratively validate solutions with users.
Responsibilities
· Actively contribute towards product vision, user-centricity, evangelising design and UX best practices throughout the organisation
· Develop new product concepts, design explorations (low to high-fidelity), detailed end-to-end user journeys, edge cases and interaction design, screen flows, and prototypes to articulate solutions
· Work closely and actively collaborate in a cross-functional team to understand product requirements, ideate & iterate on designs, and ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly
· Collaborate with the research team to test design concepts and validate solutions with real users, and iterate designs based on user insights
· Ensure alignment with style guides, risk, and compliance while designing immersive and holistic user experiences (in-app and wider journey)
· Track user response in live designs with the data team and integrate customer insights in subsequent design iterations
· Collaborate with other designers cross-departmentally to problem solve design challenges, and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across client products
Skills & Expérience
· Strong visual design skills, able to create compelling, branded, high-fidelity product screens
· Understanding of interdependence between customer needs, business expectations, technical requirements and ability to drive a reasoned discussion on this subject and articulate the value of a design choice
· Familiar working with design systems that consistently scale across platforms
· Able to produce high-quality creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
· Proven experience working in design teams in an Agile product development setting
· Creative problem solving and analytical thinking
· Experience working on FinTech products is a plus
· Strong animation, micro-interaction or motion design skills are a plus
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, UX or equivalent experience
· Graphical and visual design skills, including the use of a diverse set of software such as Figma and Adobe Suite
· Experience working with Jira and Confluence is a plus
