As a UX Designer, you will work with fast-paced and matrixed development teams who build software for laboratories and hospitals. You will apply your knowledge of software design principles, human factors principles, techniques and design best/emerging practice to produce experiences that meet and exceed customer needs and business needs.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $84,000 to $115,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidateโs actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
