UX Designer - Cooper Lighting Solutions

As a  UX Designer  you'll be responsible for creative and adaptive user/work flows for both web and mobile applications.

What you’ll do

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and quick mockups
• Help develop and maintain the Cooper Lighting Design System in Figma
• Work closely with the UX team to ensure designs are implemented and polished
• Collaborate across many teams (Marketing and Engineering) and help bring forward innovative solutions to complex problems
• Be an advocate for the user and work in an Agile Environment

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to UX Design, or other related technical discipline from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated understanding of front-end technologies, user-centric design, and mobile-first and responsive design
• Experience with UX design, UX softwares, prototyping, user research and testing
• Apply Design Thinking Methodologies and an obsession with the iterative design process to improve user experience and work flows
• Collaboration and communication skills

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the Canada without company sponsorship, now or in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within 80KM of Mississauga, ON, Canada facility will be considered.
