Job Details

Ibotta is seeking an Associate Designer, B2B Creative to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. We are looking for an Associate Designer who is passionate about the value that good design brings to strategic corporate initiatives. As an Associate Designer, you’ll collaborate with fellow designers, peers on the B2B Marketing team, Product Design and more to visualize new concepts and establish best-in-class designs. You will be involved in every aspect of the design process, from brainstorming with stakeholders to tweaking designs right before a campaign launch.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in equipping stakeholders with the design assets needed to achieve their goals.
  • Execute design on sales collateral, along with blog graphics, display ads, experiential event design, social graphics, emails, web design, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Work cooperatively with others across the organization to meet shared objectives.
  • Follow through on commitments gaining the confidence and trust of others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, frequently taking direction from stakeholders.
  • Ability to listen and digest constructive feedback to improve their design execution.

What we are looking for:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a design related role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional design training.
  • Technical Skills: entry-level skills in PowerPoint, the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop), and Figma.
  • Experience in Trello, or similar project management software.
  • Background in graphic design, content development, or other related visual design experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Intellectually curious.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
  • Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must provide a digital portfolio of materials.

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals
  • Base compensation range: $50,000-$60,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
