ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. If you have a basic understanding of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), responsive design, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment, this position is ideal for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and senior designers.
• Assist in designing user-centered solutions by supporting the creation of personas, user journey maps, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
• Work with design systems and contribute to maintaining accessible design principles.
• Conduct basic UX research and usability testing under guidance, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Advocate for user needs and provide feedback throughout the design and development process.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in UX design and usability practices.

‍Qualifications‍

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred).

• UX certification from organizations such as Human Factors International (HFI), Nielsen Norman Group (NNG), or Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) is a plus.

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• A strong portfolio showcasing academic projects, internships, or personal work demonstrating design thinking and creativity.

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and responsiveness in fast-paced environments.

• Eagerness to learn front-end technologies and collaborate on innovative solutions.
