We are looking for a creative and dedicated Graphic Designer who is driven to help our partners excel in the outpatient healthcare space. This role requires a person who can blend a professional work ethic with a warm and empathetic approach to design, creating material that resonates with our partners and patients. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works alongside a centralized marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Design Our Collateral Library: You will curate and refresh our extensive library of collateral for outpatient partners, ensuring that each piece resonates with our audience and adheres to our branding guidelines.
- Promotional Goods: Creativity is key as you design and manage a variety of promotional items that help share our message with the broader community.
- Diverse Design Requests: Whether it"s designing compelling social media graphics, informative eBooks, sleek magazine layouts, eye-catching fliers or informative rack cards, your work will directly support and elevate our outreach efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Foundation: A bachelor"s degree sets the stage for your design knowledge.
- UX/UI design: Experience with user-centric design and a focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Technical Prowess: You are proficient with graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, allowing you to bring your visions to life. Graphic Designer should be familiar with bleeds, slug, crop and fold marks, as well as with ink limits, dot gains and transparency. You also need a thorough understanding of different file formats and color systems, as well as paper sizes, weights and stocks.
- Creative Insight: Your outside-of-the-box thinking helps pave the way for innovative design solutions that engage and inspire.
- Communication Excellence: You articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. You collaborate with our partners to determine their goals, style guides or branding guidelines for graphic designers to reference when creating their design.
- Interactive Media Savvy: Your skill set includes a flair for creating engaging interactive media content.
- Branding Acumen: You have an eye for maintaining brand consistency across all materials and platforms. When working with a brand, you need an in-depth understanding of what makes that brand unique. Then, they need to bring that brand to life through logos, colors, typography, illustration, photography, graphic elements and more. Our ideal Graphic Designer should be able to create work that is consistent across platforms and that speaks to the right audience.
- Efficient Time Management: Prioritization and organization are part of your natural skill set, allowing for optimal productivity.
Experience Level:
- Educational: A bachelor"s degree in fine arts or graphic design.
- Technical: Adobe Creative Suite at the intermediate level.
