Location: Based in Tampa/ Clearwater with occasional travel to New Orleans/Covington, or based in New Orleans/Covington with occasional travel to Tampa/Clearwater

Responsibilities:

• Creates visually engaging and innovative digital designs for the brands, software, and programs of the company
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative concepts and elevate the company's digital marketing channels
• Enhances the company's brand identity, develops a cohesive on-brand presence, and contributes to the success of our marketing initiatives
• Other job related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Experience in designing for digital platforms, including digital ad campaigns, email campaigns, social media, and UI/UX
• Video editing experience a plus
• Strong understanding of layout principles
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Ability to translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into visually compelling designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask to meet deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing your digital design skills and creative abilities
