We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background. Â As a customer advocate, the Digital Product Designer must fully understand the business case and help document not only how the design works but why it works for the business. Â
What you'll do
- Developing and Maintaining UI Libraries: Lead the creation and maintenance of scalable UI libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across products and platforms.

You will ensure the system meets the needs of both product and development teams, and is adaptable across various platforms and use cases.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to ensure the design system aligns with product requirements and enhances user experiences.
- Interpreting Product Features: Translate product requirements into compelling, intuitive designs that reflect feature functionality while maintaining visual and interaction consistency
- Ensuring Design Consistency and Quality: Ensure that all design elements—such as storyboards, process flows, and UI components—adhere to the product’s visual and functional standards.
- Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Ensure all designs follow accessibility best practices and comply with standards such as WCAG to provide inclusive and usable experiences for all users.
- Continuous Improvement Based on Feedback: Make layout adjustments and refinements based on user feedback, ensuring the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
