About the Role
Are you passionate about fintech and excited to dive into the fast-paced world of startups? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate UI/UX Analyst to join our team of UI/UX Designers within the Business & Product team. Over the next three months, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on innovative fintech solutions, collaborating with experienced Product and UI/UX Managers. You’ll work closely with our product and design teams to craft seamless user journeys for our apps, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens using tools like Figma and Adobe.
- Develop engaging visuals and assets for apps, websites, and social media using Adobe Illustrator.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for improving user flows.
- Stay ahead of design trends, fintech aesthetics, and industry best practices.
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance the user experience.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Must be a graduate from a local university in Qatar with a valid QID.
Skills
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Illustrator (bonus if familiar with Photoshop or After Effects).
- Passionate about creating intuitive and beautiful digital experiences.
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating designs in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Enthusiastic about fintech and excited to design for a diverse audience.
