Graphic and Web Designer

Do you create visuals that don't just look good but actually work? We're looking for a Graphic & Web Designer to help shape our brand identity across web, print, and digital channels. At American Stone, we build success with strong systems-and we need a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, no-drama environment.

As a key part of our Marketing Team, you'll design everything from website updates to trade show materials while helping improve our customer experience. If you're a reliable, hands-on problem solver with a sharp eye for design and an interest in marketing strategy, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Website & UX - Refresh key pages to improve engagement and drive sales (using plug-and-play builders).
• Marketing Campaigns - Help manage email, digital assets, and graphics in Odoo (experience a plus, but we'll train the right person).
• Signage & Print - Design in-store displays, brochures, and trade show materials that grab attention.
• Brand & Digital Assets - Create social graphics, email templates, and ad creatives that align with our rugged-refined brand.

What We're Looking For

• Design Tools - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Canva for quick-turn projects.
• Web Management - Comfortable with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace (Odoo experience a plus).
• Marketing Tech - Experience with Odoo or similar tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Klaviyo) is a bonus.
• UX Mindset - You think beyond visuals to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.
• Nice-to-Have Skills - HTML/CSS basics, motion graphics, or photography.

It all began with 2 brothers deciding to create their own success with a quarry stone. We now operate 5 retail store locations and 25 quarries throughout.
