Graphic Designer

The i3 Verticals marketing team is looking for a talented and ambitious graphic designer to be part of our journey in the exciting world of software! In this role, you will get to work on projects that create real impact across the company's marketing initiatives in Healthcare, Public Sector, and Education. You will work closely with our Creative Director to conceptualize new visual brand strategies, logo and iconography suites for new and existing products, design UI mock-ups for cutting edge software, and more. i3 Verticals is a people-forward company with opportunities to excel and expand your skill set as a designer while gaining insight into marketing, branding and business strategy in a growing company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with a variety of design initiatives in alignment with corporate design standards
  • Design social media and digital ad graphics and coordinate in Canva
  • Build icon and logo assets
  • Build video animations in Adobe After Effects
  • Assist with UI/X concepts
  • Work in Wordpress and front-end builders to design commercial web pages and flows
  • Layout design and typography for a wide array of commercial graphics
  • Assist in managing digital creative assets through digital asset management platform

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign
  • Logo Design & Iconography
  • Layout Fundamentals and Visual Design Hierarchy
  • Typography
  • Experience with Canva and Social Media content ratios and implementations
  • Experience working on brand strategy or multi-product marketing initiatives
  • UI/UX Design
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD or Figma
  • HTML & CSS
  • Experience with Wordpress & Elementor or other Design Frameworks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and agile environment sometimes with tight timelines and turn around.
  • Experience working in the software or technology industry
  • Good communication skills, especially with regards to communicating design value and practices to different stakeholders
  • Practice in creating dynamic designs that speak to specific audiences
