About the role

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create beautiful and effective marketing materials. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our campaigns, helping to create content that resonates with our audience.

You'll have the opportunity to wear many hats and engage in various tasks beyond traditional marketing design, making this role perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for various campaigns
• Support the design team in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Contribute ideas to improve our marketing efforts
• Help prepare presentation materials and design mockups for client pitches and internal meetings
• Contribute to other projects as needed, including website updates or product design

Requirements

What you bring to the team

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Figma (preferably) or other relevant design tools
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and how design influences consumer behaviour
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn from feedback
• A passion for staying current with design trends and industry best practices
