We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our B2B marketing and branding efforts. In this role, you will assist in creating visually compelling designs for digital and print materials that align with our brand identity and engage our business audience.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Design and produce marketing materials such as whitepapers, case studies, reports, brochures, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
- Create digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and display ads.
- Assist in designing landing pages, UI elements, and interactive content.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Collaboration & Brand Development:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to develop visuals that support business goals.
- Assist in creating branding materials, templates, and visual identities for campaigns.
- Support the development of B2B trade show booths, event banners, and promotional materials.
Production & Asset Management:
- Prepare and format design files for print and digital production.
- Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, templates, and design elements.
- Optimize images and graphics for web and performance.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with B2B design trends, competitor visuals, and industry best practices.
- Experiment with new design techniques, tools, and software to enhance creativity.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in B2B industries like industrial or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with brand identity development and UI/UX design.
- Experience designing for LinkedIn ads, email templates, and lead generation content.
