As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

As a Junior UI/UX Designer at Cirrus you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact on our product development process.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Support the development of user personas, journey maps, and user flows to ensure a user-centered design approach.
  • Work with developers to ensure the implementation of design specifications and maintain design consistency across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to your work.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Create and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
  • Assist in creating visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and graphics as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
