About the Opportunity: We are looking for design talent to join our team to concept, design, and prototype elegant solutions for mobile and web products. A successful candidate must display the capability of using user research methodology to identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, refine and validate designs with data and user feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver web and app designs promptly based on business requirements within the existing framework.
• Maintain and update existing design systems and templates, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose comprehensive solutions to enhance the user experience, ensuring that user needs are effectively addressed.
• Work closely with the development team and product managers to ensure the design meets the expected goals.

REQUIREMENT

• 1-2 years of Experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile, with proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, quickly adapting to changes and driving product progress on both web and app side. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively facilitating cross-departmental teamwork.
• Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and design systems, along with a user-centered mindset.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
