Junior Product Designer

THE ROLE

As we continue to grow, we need a Junior Product Designer to join our design team and elevate the user experience of our cutting-edge financial software.
As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to craft visually appealing and functional user interfaces for our software products. You’ll leverage your UI/UX expertise to ensure that our solutions are not only intuitive and aesthetically pleasing but also optimized for real-world financial services use cases.

What You'll Do & Learn

  • User-Centered Design – Collaborate with teams to create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes that reflect customer pain points and goals.
  • UI Design & Prototyping – Design interactive prototypes, UI mockups, and high-fidelity designs that align with the product vision and customer needs.
  • UX Research & Testing – Assist in gathering user feedback, conducting usability testing, and iterating designs to improve user satisfaction.
  • Design Systems – Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, to
  • implement designs that deliver results.
  • Financial Services Context – Apply your understanding of the financial services industry to create intuitive designs for complex financial tools, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Best Practices & Trends – Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the user experience.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services software
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development to communicate effectively with development teams
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your experience with UI/UX design, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices
  • Familiarity with financial services, dashboards, and enterprise software design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and advocate for design decisions
  • A passion for creating intuitive, beautiful, and functional designs
