Our UI/UX Designers team practices support our customers, in various projects, in understanding and adopting the most advanced technological solutions, identifying and implementing the integration architectures that best meet the requirements and business strategies.

Through our integration architect and developers, we help our customers to create safe and reliable innovations that guarantee a real competitive advantage in the market:

• Integration Services solutions that aimed at radically transforming operational processes, making them more efficient. Nowadays a mandatory element for the unison functioning of complex enterprise ecosystems  
• Technological Architectures that allow the most modern Cloud applications to be integrated and communicated with "plug & play" systems with enterprise systems
• Micro-services implementation that allows orchestration, reuse and high availability in order to reduce time to market and improve the user experience

#OurRequirements

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or training in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
• Good knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Understanding of the end-to-end UX/UI design process
• Strong interest in solving user problems through thoughtful design solutions
• Ability to interpret user data and research findings to support design decisions and improve user experience
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, color, and layout
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly experiences
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping
• Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design practices
• Willingness to accept feedback and iterate designs effectively
• Ability to think innovatively and develop new design solutions
• Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to effectively prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Availability to travel

#PreferredQualifications

• Exposure to working with structured design systems and component libraries
• Experience in Service design and Interaction design
• Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG) and a willingness to apply them
• Familiarity with agile project workflows and collaboration
• Writing skills for UX copywriting
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Italian language (written and spoken) is a plus
• Previous work experience in UX/UI design projects
