Junior UX Designer

We're looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Junior UX Designer. You'll work closely with a talented and growing design organization in a fast-paced environment to drive our experience strategy, envision elegant and seamless workflows, and deliver refined and engaging product experiences.

Your role in our future:

• This role will complete projects focused on improving customer communication experience within our product portfolio.  
• You will create customer-centered experiences for both enterprise and SMB users, thinking and solving for solutions at a variety of scales.
• You will leverage an iterative, user-centered approach with a focus on rapid prototyping, frequent design validation, and user research & testing.
• You will collaborate closely with other UX designers, product managers, developers, and other disciplines to identify what will be most critical for the success of a product.
• You can also be an advocate and coach for design thinking, helping others in the company develop their knowledge, skills, and capabilities in the field of user experience design.

Your profile:

• 1+ year of experience with UX Design
• Good in best practices for information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design process
• Solid written and verbal communication skill with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions
• Ability to come up with creative solutions despite technical constraints
• Solid understanding of design systems, drive for consistency.
• Passion for seeing the potential.
• Must be able to communicate in English- both written and verbal
• Have experience using Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Experience with Pendo is a plus.
• Able to work independently, via online meetings and in-office settings.
