Key Responsibilities

• Design Production
  • Produce UI solutions for Demos and Prototypes for specific use cases.
  • Ensure aesthetic, layout, composition, and information architecture strategically address and resolve user pain points.
• Continuous Learning and Personal Development
  • Develop a growth mindset in the face of ambiguity, seek coaching from others, and apply insights for optimized performance.
  • Learn from failures and apply lessons to improve subsequent efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Project Management and Prioritization
  • Work independently and guide others on projects from concept to implementation
  • Define the project scope by understanding business objectives and identifying root causes
• Communication and Collaboration Skills
  • Ask the right questions to clarify business objectives and project scope.
  • Provide actionable feedback to others' projects and actively contribute to peers' work.
  • Document decision-making in a clear and understandable manner for collaboration.

Basic Qualification

• Have aesthetic sense mixed with a good technical background.
• Have communication and storytelling skills.
• Have some experience prototyping with Figma.

These qualifications will help you stand out

• You're iterative, intuitive, inventive and innovative, and you love to solve wicked problems.
• You aspire to become a multi-disciplined designer, such as in illustration, animation, motion, interaction, or other.
• You're familiar with animations
