Qualifications

Seeking career changers and/or emerging talent: We are looking for aspiring Product Designers that have minimal relevant job experience, and who are eager to learn!

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from liberal arts and writing backgrounds, are highly encouraged to apply  
• Ability to commit full-time during program dates  
• Position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship
• Knowledge of graphic design, typography, color theory, UI design, layout principles, video editing, narrative structure, and animation.  
• Fluency across a range of formats, including presentations, illustrations, storyboards, talk tracks,  journey maps, wireframes, keyframes, audio, video, and more.  
• Command of graphic design and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.  
• Ability to stay proactive and influential in complex, ambiguous, unpredictable situations.  
• A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset  
• Ready to showcase your work and/or projects in form of portfolio or other formats is required at time of interview  

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $44-50/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
