We are looking for an Apprentice UI/UX Designer to assist our Lead Product Designer, Hugo, in working on our Design System and improving the user experience.

You will be mentored by a Lead Product Designer who will support you on a daily basis.
Activities
- Work on updating and applying our design system (Pearl)
- Support product managers on designing new solutions
- Interview our users to fully understand their needs
- Define user flows and information architecture
- Create mockups and prototypes
- Test proposed solutions to ensure they meet our users’ needs
Preferred Experience
- You know Figma
- You’re comfortable working with design systems
- You’re autonomous
- You’re meticulous
- You speak fluent English, and you feel comfortable to speak with users
- You’re curious and like industry-related subjects

Recruitment Process
- Discovery: Telephone interview with Hugo (Lead Product Designer)
- Technical test: Case study to send, Evaluation by Hugo of your case study. If your case matches our criteria, then you’ll be invited to present it in our offices at 80 rue Taitbout 75009 Paris with Hugo & Marion (Product manager).
- Culture: Interview in our office with Louise (Product manager) and Nicolas or Gautier (Dev), following the test feedback.
