Help Us Design the Future of Web3 🚀 Are you obsessed with clean flows, pixel-perfect UI, and intuitive user journeys? Do you dream in Figma frames and wireframe in your sleep? We're on the hunt for a Product Designer who’s not just great with visuals, but passionate about making the complex simple — especially in the world of Web3.
You’ll work side-by-side with our product managers and developers to create seamless experiences for users navigating the decentralized world across web and mobile. If you're ready to design with purpose and build in a fast-paced, no-bs environment — we’d love to vibe with you.
THE ROLE:
- Team up with PMs to translate product goals, user needs, and business vibes into great UX
- Craft end-to-end user experiences: wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web & app
- Work closely with devs to bring your designs to life (yes, we care about the handoff!)
- Iterate, test, tweak, and evolve based on feedback and data — we love a designer who listens
- Maintain and evolve our design system so everything stays clean, cohesive, and on-brand
- Document your thinking and specs in a way that makes everyone go “ahhh, ok now I get it”
- Join design reviews and cross-functional chats to push ideas (and pixels) forward
WHAT YOU'LL WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design (Web3 or fintech experience = big plus)
- A portfolio that makes us say: “🔥 Show us more!” (web + mobile)
- Figma pro? Adobe master? We love tool nerds.
- Solid understanding of responsive design & mobile-first principles
- Strong communication chops — you explain, share, and collaborate with ease
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Bonus points if you understand frontend basics (React, CSS, dev handoff, etc.)
