We are seeking a Product Designer to help shape our B2B marketplace (with SaaS parts). At Medialister, we strive to build high-quality products with the Product-Led-Growth approach in mind. We care much about information architecture, consisntency, and best UX practices. And that's what we excpect from candidates. We need someone who can create visually appealing designs and delve into customer journeys. This person should understand how features are interconnected and strive to know the reasons behind designing specific features.
What You'll Do:
- Create high-quality design solutions to streamline workflows for both clients and media managers.
- Establish design patterns and cohesive visual standards across the platform’s multiple components.
- Advocate the PLG approach and importance of good design throughout the company
- Collaborate with our Product Manager, Developers, QA, and different stakeholder to conceptualize and refine new features.
- Facilitate regular user and team feedback channels to capture insights and rapidly iterate on improvements.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the complexity of B2B products.
- Job theory understanding, user testing, and rapid iteration based on qualitative feedback.
- Ability to build and maintain design systems that ensure consistent, scalable product experiences.
- Skilled in working with diverse teams, blending marketing, engineering, QA, and product leadership input.
- Understanding of Product-Led Growth principles, with the drive to embed them in design solutions.
