About The Job 🌮

Munchi is looking for a Product Designer Intern to help create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our products and tools. Additionally, you’ll have a chance to help Munchi create a beloved brand identity. You will be part of the Product Development team and report directly to the Director Of Engineering.

What you will do 🙌

• Design wireframes, flow charts to illustrate general layout, functionality, and product flow for both web and mobile experiences
• Work with the team to identify and implement improvements to the UI and UX
• Take ownership in the user experience design process and maintain open communication with the rest of the team to push the quality of the product
• Take ownership of the company design system

What we are looking for 👀

• Good understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in working with designer tools such as Figma / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and disciplines
• Capable of quick iteration on designs while still maintaining strong attention to detail
• A proven ability to take a creative and holistic view of UX problems to help drive design decisions
• Strong communication skills

• Case Home Assignment
• Design Interview (45 mins)
• Culture & HR interview (15 mins)

Location: Hybrid mode in our Helsinki office.
