Key Responsibilities:
- Run Complex UX Projects: Design for both user and business needs, ensuring consistency of patterns across our estate.
- Vision and Roadmap Development: Contribute to the development of our product vision and roadmap.
- Requirement Gathering: Collect requirements from users and internal colleagues to inform design decisions.
- Workshops and Co-Design: Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Prototyping: Build functioning prototypes to test with customers, ensuring designs meet user needs.
- Research and Strategy Development: Play a key role in developing user research and design strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, UX researchers, BAs, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
