This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX located in El Zamalek, Cairo
The UI/UX will be responsible for designing and delivering user interfaces for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Front-end Developers, as well as following industry trends and emerging design standards, and the day-to-day tasks associated with product design, which includes visual design, design thinking, user research, and UX research.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and improvements
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines
- Design high-fidelity mockups and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Craft user-centric experiences through information architecture and interaction design
- Optimize user journeys and flows for maximum usability and engagement
- Handles the marketing material of the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in creating high-quality UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of design principles such as color theory, typography, and user experience
- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver designs that meet business requirements and timelines
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology and processes
- Experience with data visualization, APIs, and/or motion graphics is a plus
