What you will do

The UI Designer is responsible for creating digital assets and designing webpages to enhance Kenvue’s responsive websites around the world, helping us win new consumers everyday. The UI Designer will be responsible for mocking up webpages in a Content Management System (CMS) and/or Figma leveraging existing components from Kenvue’s White Labeled Design System. The role will also be responsible for creating and optimizing marketing assets to deliver best-in-class consumer web site experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

·    Deliver globally consistent digital experiences by leveraging reusable components and following brand guidelines

·    Use design (Figma, FigJam, Adobe) and platform (CMS, DAM) tools to speed concept development, cross-functional alignment and design decisions with the goal of quickly getting industry-leading content launched to consumers

·    Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including other designers, marketers, project management, business and content strategists, and software developers to help create and launch new content onto our websites

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·    Undergraduate degree in Digital, UX, Graphic Design or related field

·    1-4 years of experience designing mobile-first, responsive websites

·    Portfolio of best-in-class, responsive websites which were developed and are actively being used in the market

·    Proficient user of Figma for creating prototypes and page layouts

·    Experience working with design guidelines and leveraging Figma libraries to drive consistent experience and efficient deployment

·    Adept at selecting media that’s on-brand and adjusts well for multiple devices sizes

·    Comfort participating in the QA process to ensure operational excellence and high-quality website experiences

·    Fast learner with a willingness to explore new tools and ways of working

Desired Qualifications

·    Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite for creating vector illustrations and/or optimizing images for website deployment

·    Familiar with global digital accessibility best practices

·    Experience using robust content management systems (CMS) such as Contentful, for designing and deploying new content to marketing websites

·    Effective collaboration with agile development teams

·    Experience designing marketing emails

·    Consumer Product Good (CPG) experience

·    Proficient English speaker

·    Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript and CSS, and an understanding of the technical implications of your design recommendations.
