UI Product Designer – Working Student

As a Product Designer, you will join an interdisciplinary team of talent professionals. You will be involved in the conceptualization and design of internal applications.

Knowledge  

  • Specialized in UI and interaction design preferred.
  • Great interest in service design, UX design, and/or content design is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of design tools, preferably Figma, is essential.
  • Understanding of design methods and patterns.
  • Understanding of design systems is a plus
  • Good English is a must

Skills

  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to human interaction
  • UX/UI skills to translate requirements into intuitive and usable interactions and visual designs
  • Communication skills – be able to articulate design decisions

Experience  

  • Experience using the following software/tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or Sketch
  • Experience working on digital products, preferably desktop and tablet apps
  • Experience in creating wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, user flows, and user journeys
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Education

  • A recent graduate in the areas of design (graphic design, service design, visual design, UX, UI design, or a related field), university or Bootcamp

Responsibilities:

  • Work across Product Design areas (research, analyze user needs, and design solutions)
  • Help to take ideation to execution, designing concepts and prototypes of new products
  • Support senior designers in a variety of IA, UX, and UI design activities
  • Contribute to overall digital solution, visual communication by supporting graphic designers
  • Collaborate in all design stages from concept to final hand-off to Engineering.
