Job Description:
- Good understanding of e-commerce products and their user journeys, with a strong focus on optimizing user experience.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and buying teams to conceptualize and design 2C products that meet specific market demands, with some involvement in 2B products as well.
- Refine visual designs, UI/UX prototypes, and product specifications to elevate user experience and client satisfaction.
- Engage in design thinking processes to tackle complex challenges and drive innovative solutions for our products.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging industries to ensure our products remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in UI/UX Design or a related field, with graduation expected in 2024/25.
- Previous experience in user-centric design projects or relevant internships is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex design challenges.
- Interest in emerging industries and new technologies.
- Basic proficiency in English and Chinese to support cross-border collaboration with stakeholders in China.
