What You’ll Do:
- Design and iterate on the user interfaces of our website, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience from start to finish.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create innovative design solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
- Advocate for UI/UX best practices within the team, and contribute to the development of our design system.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing web and mobile applications, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Holds a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or has equivalent practical experience.
- Is proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Has experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Is an excellent communicator, capable of conveying ideas clearly and effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Has a passion for food and a desire to create engaging experiences for a global community of food lovers.
