We are now looking for an UI/UX Designer to join our R&D team
User Interface / User Experience Designer plays a very important role in the development of Evondos state-of-the-art medication dispensing service that enables an independent life at home. UI Designer designs and develops Evondos® service ensuring easy to use, easy to learn and intuitive user interfaces for care organizations and end users to optimize effectiveness and patient safety. As an outcome, our Evondos® service continues to be the most user-friendly automated medicine dispensing system in the world.
You will work in Evondos offices in Helsinki or Salo with remote working possibility.
What your daily tasks will contain
- Create and document UI designs for web, mobile and robot user interfaces
- Develop UI wireframes and prototypes/mock-ups around customer needs
- Develop and maintain visual design language for the Evondos service and products
- Work closely with developers in creating intuitive and high-quality graphical user interfaces
- Develop prototypes to define the right interaction model and collaborate with product teams to evaluate its success
- Co-operation with colleagues – We are doing this work together!
What we expect you to have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, product development or equivalent
- Proficiency in UI design preferably using Figma, with proven track record of improving the user experience of products or services
- Interest in accessibility and universal design/design for all
- Strong wireframing and prototyping skills
- Experience in conducting and reporting usability evaluations is considered as an advantage
- Familiarity with modern front-end development is considered as an advantage
- Medical device background is considered as an advantage
- Experience in designing international user interfaces and UI's for right to left languages is considered as an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Design portfolio
