UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client needs.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user behavior, needs, and motivations.
• Design user-centered interfaces that reflect the client's brand identity and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts and obtain feedback.
• Develop and implement UI components and interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize UI designs for performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with 1 year of experience. (Fresher also Eligible)
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools.
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
