Your mission is to dive deep into the user mindset, ensuring that every interaction is as engaging as it is feasible and viable. You’ll be the advocate for our users, shaping the UX practices and standards that set us apart. Your tasks
- Research user needs and identify problems, generating ideas and hypotheses to address them, using product metrics (KPIs) to guide design decisions.
- Develop and communicate central UX artifacts such as Jobs to be Done, Journey Maps, and Personas.
- Visualize, simulate and document design ideas, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Validate ideas through testing and refine designs iteratively based on feedback.
- Lead the application of human-centered design principles in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Organize and guide teams through a structured design process, ensuring clarity and focus.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and integrate innovations as necessary.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals.
What You Offer Us
