Job Purpose:

Pronet Gaming is expanding its Product Delivery Team and is looking for a UX Designer to support our exciting initiatives across various product areas. This full-time position will be crucial in helping bridge business requirements with user-centered design, ensuring that product features are user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable design solutions.
• Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Help prioritize design tasks based on product roadmaps and business goals, ensuring the best user experience.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, including colour palettes, typography, layout, and iconography.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve user experiences and to ensure designs meet technical feasibility and business needs.
• Assist in maintaining design consistency across the product suite, ensuring high-quality and intuitive user interfaces.
• Contribute to the improvement of design processes and methodologies. Stay updated on UX/UI design trends and best practices, particularly in the iGaming sector.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD). Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with UX best practices, usability testing techniques, and project management tools.
• Experience or exposure to UX design in the iGaming sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian language to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Strong interest in UX design and eagerness to learn and develop skills in the field.
